House of Drashti ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and how it's protected.
When you place an order, we collect only what's needed to fulfil it: your name, phone number, email address (optional), and delivery address. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see whatever you choose to share there.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't use it for marketing unless you've separately signed up for updates.
Your order data is stored on our own server — we don't hand it off to a third-party e-commerce platform. Only House of Drashti and the shipping courier handling your specific order can see the delivery details they need.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or net-banking details — that happens entirely within Razorpay's secure systems. For Cash on Delivery, no payment information is collected at all.
We use a single session cookie to remember what's in your shopping bag while you browse. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
