We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how returns work.

7-day returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To start one, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return.

Condition for returns

• Unused and unworn, with all original tags attached
• In the original packaging
• Not a final-sale or clearance item, if marked as such at the time of purchase

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within [X business days]: to your original payment method for prepaid orders, or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. Any COD fee paid at delivery is [refundable / non-refundable — confirm].
