Every piece is handpicked in small batches. Photos are as accurate as we can make them, but slight variations in colour, print placement, or embroidery are normal for handmade and small-batch items — not a defect.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but you'll always pay the price shown at the time you placed your order.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery, with online payment (UPI, cards, net-banking via Razorpay) coming soon. An order is confirmed once you receive an order number; we reserve the right to cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable or if delivery isn't possible to your pincode.
You can cancel an order any time before it's shipped by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies instead.
House of Drashti is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details provided at checkout, or events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [your city/state].
